To shart the simulation you have to click on the Start simulation button to start the simulation. You can also see the structure of the circuit by clicking on the chip icon in the top right corner. You have already given the truth table in the blog and the first two switches act as Switch 1 and Switch 2 and the LED presents the 0,1 according to the voltage.

If the result in the truth table is 0 the LED light will not glow but if the truth table shows 1 the LED light will glow.
Note: Please use a stable and fast internet connection because the simulation is from a website that is large and requires a strong network. The simulation may or may not work due to this very reason and it is also possible it might not even show the simulation.
